D7 Residential Exteriors is a new entity formed in affiliation with DIVISION 7 BUILDING CONTRACTORS, INC. Division 7 has been the leading commercial roofing company in southern Michigan since 1984. What makes this new entity different from all other competitors is the thoroughness of each person that represents D7. We will not just have one of your salesmen show up you your house, take a few pictures and leave. But we will be engaged with your project to be able to provide you with a proper quote. If it’s a roof replacement, we will get on your roof and ask if we can access the attic. Any ventilation and structural issues can properly be determined by getting into the attic space if possible.
