Roof Decking
The Sheeting or plank boards that are attached to your rafters, hold the roof framing together. The underlayment and shingles will be attached to the decking.

Drip Edge
This metal flashing is used to prevent water from entering your facia and soffit. It is also used to assure water makes it into your gutter and keeps ice from entering your facia and soffit.

Roof Boots
Pipe flashing is manufactured to seal tightly around small ventilation pipes and other vents and equipment that penetrate the roof.
Ice/Water underlayment
Is a roll made of asphalt polymers. It is install on all the roof eaves, roof to wall sections and all obstructions on the roof. This product is used for the prevention of ice dams backing up and driving rains.
Asphalt Dimensional Shingles
The primary component of your roofing system is installed in a required pattern. Composed of multiple materials which allow them to withstand impact, water, and snow. Shingles bond together by a thermally activated asphalt sealant on the back of each individual shingle.
Ridge Vent
Ridge Vent exhaust vents allow heat to escape from your attic. They work hand and hand with an intake system to help circulate air in your attic space.

Synthetic underlayment
Is installed over the remaining sections of open decking on the roof after the Ice/water underlayment is installed. It helps repel water and adds an additional later of protection to the roof.
Roof to Wall Flashing
Is used to separate the gap between the roof and the exterior walls. This metal allows any water to stay on the roof and not penetrate into your home.
